RECIPE OF THE MONTH
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2, 8 oz packs of cream cheese
1, 8 oz container of sour cream
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
2 jars of dried beef (2.8 oz size)
4 teaspoon of diced onions (or the onions can be left out)
Cattleman's Dip

DIRECTIONS:
Saute pecans in butter or margarine until golden brown and set aside. Mix all ingredients together. Mix well, except dried beef. (Rinse beef well before chopping up beef). Pour in greased pan or baking dish. Pour pecans on top and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
